After nearly four decades of service in the military and HR leadership—armed with a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Organizational Leadership—I chose to retire, reclaim my life, and write a new chapter

I’ve spent my career building structures and mentoring leaders. Now I build bridges between professional rigor and soul‑level healing.

I created SheRISE to guide high‑capacity women back to themselves—through emotional intelligence, spiritual grounding, and holistic transformation

My workshops and coaching weave together decades of leadership experience with ancient practices of rest, reflection, and emotional alchemy.

I work with women who:
